They also wanted to create an environment online where the locations could inspire each other, exchange experiences and access an image bank full of photos and documents that would make their own marketing activities as easy as possible. And they succeeded with the Brand Management Platform Menuez developed for Optisport. Through this tool, all locations receive a personalized weekly newsletter containing their own action points and related, local marketing materials, which can be personalized from that same email at the touch of a button.

Nearly 3.000 orders in 2023

And that button was clicked a lot in one year. To be exact: 2.810 times, equivalent to 25 orders per branch, per year. For Optisport and Menuez, this staggering number is the ultimate confirmation that Menuez’ Brand Management Platform has become an essential part of all locations’ marketing strategy. In addition, Menuez’s service in 2023 was rated a fat 8.5, showing that venues are happy with us.

The plans for 2024

Optisport is, of course, already busy with the marketing plans for 2024, and in them the focus is mainly on even easier rollout of national marketing campaigns. Optisport, together with Menuez, has been working hard on this in recent months. Among other things, features have been added to the marketing calendar, allowing actions that are interesting for each location, such as Valentine’s Day, to be handled even smarter and therefore more cost-efficiently.
